Inspired by the Italian staple, this buckwheat and cornmeal polenta sourdough has an incredible light crumb and chewy golden crust.
It pairs perfectly with your favourite winter comfort foods.

Note - if you order in August/September and select an October delivery date you will receive the October small batch loaf.

Single Origin Wheat, Buckwheat Polenta, Whole Milk, Sugar, Salt, Yeast.

Store in a cool dry place for up to 4 days. Store frozen (sealed) for up to 6 months.
