We use the ordering platform, Ordermentum. You may log in to your account and manage your own orders. Alternatively, we can place orders on your behalf via our wonderful team at the bakery. You can contact them via phone or email 7 days a week from 7am – 2:30pm.
We have a 48 hour cut off period for orders. We make all our products to order and our sourdough ferments long and slow for at least 30 hours to maximise flavour.
We totally understand the unpredictable nature of our industry and the challenges it can throw at us. We’ll always do our best to help out when you’re in a pickle.
